Customer Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing.

MR Clothing Craft will not be responsible for exchanges or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size.

No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, stock management, and product handling reasons, we do not offer refunds on purchased items.

However, eligible exchange cases will be handled according to our exchange policy.

Delivery Delay Policy

If your order delivery is delayed beyond the promised timeframe due to our internal issue, our support team may review the case for compensation or refund eligibility.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the processing time may take up to 15 business days.

Inspection Period

Customers must inspect their order within 3 days of delivery.

Any issue regarding:

  • missing item

must be reported within this period.

Claims after 3 days may not be accepted.

Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Item must not be washed or damaged by the customer

MR Clothing Craft reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet these conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping charges.
  • If the customer requests exchange for personal reasons, shipping costs may apply.
